Online Ashland University Graduate Credit Courses

In partnership with Ashland University, Education To Go, and Lorain County JVS Adult Career Center, we are offering the following online courses for one graduate credit.
For Ashland credit, students must submit and pass online quizzes and receive an 80 or higher grade on the online final.
Tuition for a 6-week online class is $250.00 which includes tuition and graduate credit.

The Creative Classroom
Combination of online and in-person workshops

Creativity will abound in your classroom as you tap into your students’ hidden talents. Learn creative new approaches to learning labs, activities, exercises, assignments, field trips, and evaluation methods. To receive graduate credit, students must attend a workshop at the JVS on Wednesday, June 20, 2007, 1:00p-4:00p, complete all online lessons, submit all online quizzes, attend a workshop at the JVS on Wednesday, August 10, 2006, 1:00p-4:00p, complete project in class as assigned by instructor, and receive an 80 or higher score on the online final.
Excel 2003 Introduction
Combination of online and in-person workshops

Discover dozens of shortcuts and tricks for setting up fully formatted worksheets quickly and efficiently. Learn the secrets behind writing powerful formulas, using functions, sorting and analyzing data, creating custom charts, creating 3-dimensional workbooks, building links, and creating macros and custom toolbar buttons. To receive graduate credit, students must attend an orientation/workshop at the JVS on Wednesday, April 18, 2007, 3:00-6:00p, complete all online lessons, submit all online quizzes, attend a workshop at the JVS on Wednesday, June 8, 2007, 3:00-6:00p, complete project in class as assigned by instructor, and receive an 80 or higher score on the online final
