Class Projects

Flower Bench

Due Date: October 8, 2008

All students have been trained on AND passed the safety tests on a variety of hand and power tools. As a result, the students have begun their first major project. They are currently building flower benches that are capable of holding upwards of 300 pounds. Big flowers!!!!
The tools they are using include the table saw, miter saw, band saw, tape measures and squares, and an assortment of pneumatic tools including nailers and staplers. A couple of the students have taken theirs home already. Ask your son or daughter about theirs!!! Pictures to follow that you will be able to view on this websight.
