
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certified
Students
are instructed in diagnosis, repair and adjustments of all phases of
automotive mechanics. Instruction covers work on both gas and diesel
engines. Students use the latest automotive testing equipment including
computerized diagnostic equipment.

Special Note
Between the junior and senior year, eligible students have the opportunity to participate in a Summer Internship program. The Summer Internship program is a work-based training process involving a paid, on-the-job training experience for school credit. Students gain direct workplace skills and competencies through a partnership among business, education, students and parents.
Students are encouraged to participate in the social and learning opportunities offered through the Vocational Industrial Clubs of America (VICA). These activities include participation in regional, state and national competitions that will expand leadership qualities and community service opportunities.
