Enrollment/How to Apply
Acceptance to our two-year technical/vocational program is based on attendance, grade point average and credits accumulated during the freshman and sophomore years of high school.
Students should have enough credits to be of junior status to be admitted to the two-year training programs at the JVS. These credits earned at a home school will assure that students are on schedule to graduate.
It is recommended that students pass a minimum of nine (9) credits before being admitted to the JVS. Students can earn 14 credits at the JVS. To assure that students are on schedule to graduate, credits should include:
| English | 2 credits |
| Science | 2 credits |
| Health/PE | 1 credit |
| Math | 2 credits |
| Social Studies | 2 credits |
Please contact either the JVS Recruitment Office at 440.774.1051, ext. 2323, or your home school guidance counselor to obtain specific admission and selection guidelines. You may apply today by clicking on the link and submitting the application electronically. Once your application has been submitted online, you will need to print a copy, have your parent sign it, and submit it to your high school guidance counselor to complete the application process.
