repair and maintain gasoline and diesel systems that power such items
as agricultural equipment, bulldozers, cranes, and forklifts. Also
covered is small engine repair such as lawn and garden tractors and
recreational equipment.

Special Note
Between the junior and senior year, eligible students have the opportunity to participate in a Summer Internship program. The Summer Internship program is a work-based training process involving a paid, on-the-job training experience for school credit. Students gain direct workplace skills and competencies through a partnership among business, education, students and parents.
Students are encouraged to participate in the social and learning opportunities offered through the Future Farmers of America (FFA). These activities include participation in regional, state and national competitions that will expand leadership qualities and community service opportunities.
