Cos 1-A Students I have been very proud of your efforts to have a wonderful year.
The second Quarter has a lot of new skills, Shampooing, Scalp Treatments, Manicures, and Chemical Texture changes.
There will be a large Styling Project that allows students to show their creative abilities. The Styrofoam head styling assignment will give students the chance to use any item except hair, to represent hair on a Styrofoam head. The project must have a theme, and a name on an index card, example “Children of the Corn" and use cornflakes to make hair. Make your style complete. Include make up or face paint. The Styles will be on display for the LCJVS open house on Feb 5, 2012 for your family to vote. The JVS staff will also vote on the winner.
Over the years I have seen a lot of great ideas. I am sure you will create a brand new one. The styles will be due January 13th 2012
