    Lorain County JVS Hosted Masonry Competition
    JVS student, Jake Puster, hard at work during the Masonry Competition held recently at the school.

    May 3, 2012 -- The Lorain County JVS hosted the 8th Annual Ohio High School Masonry Competition in April.

    Thirty-six students from eleven schools throughout Ohio participated.

    Students had three hours to complete a chimney-like structure.

    Lorain County JVS had four students participating. Junior students Steve Berlin (Midview) took 7th Place and Trevor Davis (Firelands) took 13th Place. Senior students Jake Puster (Midview) took 9th Place and Zach Wall (Columbia) took 10th Place.
