JVS Online Courses an Easy Way to Keep Up Your Licensing Requirements This Summer

Welcome to the 2010 educator's edition of the JVS Adult Career Center FOCUS. This e-newsletter was created to keep you up to date on Adult Career Center happenings, upcoming events and courses, and the achievements and challenges of our school. The Adult Career Center provides training for adults looking to change careers or upgrade current job skills. Custom training, staff assessments and other services are available on- or off-site to assist businesses with their staff training needs.

Hey Teachers! You Can Earn Online Graduate Courses from Ashland University through the JVS
Get Graduate Credit from the Comfort of Your Own Home...Even in Your Pajamas!

Want to take classes on your own time, without leaving the comfort of your own home? Teachers working on license renewal can earn one graduate credit hour from Ashland University through the JVS Adult Career Center. "Online courses are a great option, especially over the summer," shared a recent student. "I put the kids to bed, put on my pajamas, and go to school!"

To earn the graduate credit, you will complete twelve online quizzes and earn an 80 or higher on the online final. Tuition is $250 for the online class and the graduate credit. Course requirements are sent upon request.
