Enrollment Underway for 2011-2012 School Year
Visitors at the JVS Open House

An estimated 3,000 students, parents and Alumni took the opportunity to visit the JVS during the 2011 Sophomore Career Days and Open House.

Sophomore students from almost all of the 13 Lorain County school districts came to the JVS to spend time in two different career-technical programs. Students have the opportunity to consider 26 different career-technical programs in seven career academies.

"The students were encouraged to bring their parents and attend the Open House on February 6th," stated JVS Principal Jill Petitti, "and by the crowd that showed up, we know that many of them took our advice!"

"Enrollment is now underway for the 2011-2012 school year," continued Petitti. "Students who received an application at Open House can take the completed form to their home school guidance counselor to begin the enrollment process."
