Did You Know? Customized Robotics Training Delivered Onsite

New and current robotic operators and programmers can benefit from the staff and equipment available at the Lorain County JVS. Three portable Motoman robots can be configured to match your company's application for hands-on training at the JVS classroom near Oberlin, Ohio or at your facility.

Motoman robots are utilized to ensure the operators receive documented, safety instructions along with basic, coordinated movement and programming training. These skills can be taken to the factory floor and practice on the actual robot cell. The actual programs from the cell are taken back to the classroom for discussion and understanding of the techniques employed by Motoman programmers when the cell was built. The documentation CDs delivered with your cell are used to print out the topics appropriate for your process. This is an opportunity to address your company's quality and productivity problems, thus creating a solution for improvement. Participants will receive a ring-bound Operator's Manual to be used for reference at each robot cell.

A customized course delivered with the LCJVS robots and instructor has the advantage of containing the required robotic safety and operation basics while being applied to the customer's equipment, programs and procedures. The factory equipment stays in production and the operators can stay at work during the training.
