With only 3 outs to get, the defense went to work in the top of the 7th with 3 up & 3 down giving the Falcons the first EVER District Win in school History. The girls Varsity softball team advanced to the District Championship Game today at Lagrange Park by beating Keystone 1-0 in the semi-final District game yesterday. Amanda Spears lead off the 5th inning with a single & was bunted over by Lexi Shick to 2nd base, a fielders choice moved her to third and a wild pitch by the Keystone pitcher scored her from third giving Cassidi Kowalski the winning RBI.
