The Lorain County JVS is looking for crafters for its annual Craft Show on Saturday, October 25th from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Applications are available on this website, under "Forms-Community Forms" on the blue menu bar.

Mr. Maurer - Donation of Vehicles or Transportation Items

If you are thinking of donating a vehicle or Transportation related item to Lorain County JVS here are some guidleines for you to follow:

The vehicle or item if it has a title must have a clear title.

You must be able to get the vehicle or item to the JVS. We do not go out and pick them up.

Please call me or e-mail about the donation first. Do not just bring the vehicle to our school without my approval.

If after speaking with you and the vehicle or item is one that we can use I will make arrangements with you as to where and when to drop the vehicle or item off.

Please make sure you have removed all of your belongings from the vehicle prior to bringing it to the school.

Our Superintendent will then send you a donation letter that you can use for your tax purposes. Lorain County JVS does not get involved with the value of your vehicle. That declared value is up to you and your tax person.
