Dear Parents and Guardians,

Please allow me to introduce myself; my name is Ms. Stephanie Plecha and I am the Hospitality Service A instructor at Lorain County JVS. I am a graduate of the Kent State University Hospitality Foodservice Management program and I have a Master’s degree in Vocational Education. I am also a certified chef who has graduated from LaVarenne School of Cuisine, located in Paris, France.

Our program has many exciting and challenging opportunities for your child . I am looking forward to working with you this year to ensure that your child has the best education possible.
