Precision Machine Technology

Train in our state-of-the-art facilities! Plan now for a future in Tool and Die, CNC, Mold Making, and many other metal-working trades. This program will get you started towards a rewarding career in metalworking with the employer-preferred National Institute of Metalworking Skills (NIMS) certification.

Currently, there are many positions open for skilled metalworkers in this region, and demand is expected to increase even more as the current workforce retires. This program provides hands-on experience with Lathe, Milling, Swiss Machining, Blueprint Reading, GD&T, Shop Math, CNC, CNC Programing, 3D Printing REB, Tooling, Measuring, Safety (10-hour OSHA card), Metallurgy and WorkBased Instruction.
Our program consistently connects its graduates to jobs in our area! Students participate in a work-based experience in a local manufacturing company and even earn college credit. Class size limited to 20 students. Books and test fees are extra. Tools not included in tuition and must be purchased if student does not already possess them (estimate $700+).
