  • Responsibilities / Skills Needed: The Oberlin Municipal Court Clerk’s Office is accepting applications for a Full-Time Deputy Clerk in the Criminal/Traffic Division. The Deputy Clerk performs clerical and other tasks related to the receipt, review and processing of case filings under the direct supervision of the Clerk of Court or Chief Deputy Clerk. The position processes, files and scans journal entries, processes payments, and prepares and files records requests in a timely manner.

    Minimum Qualifications: Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must possess a valid state of Ohio Driver’s License. Previous office experience, legal secretarial training, and/or experience working in the judicial system are preferred.

  • Pay Range: $14.00 - $18.00/Hour D.O.
