  • Responsibilities / Skills Needed: QUALIFICATIONS
    -High school graduate or equivalent education. Working knowledge of Windows 7/10 Professional and Microsoft Office 2010.
    -Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software. Ability to work cohesively with our current Information Systems team. Ability
    to maintain confidentiality and to work well with minimum supervision. Must be able to troubleshoot computer/software issues
    without supervision.
    -Must be able to safely lift, carry, and set down equipment up to 50lbs, climb ladders, crawl under desks, and walk up to a half
    mile frequently.
    -Must have a valid Ohio driverís license. Must have an insured personal vehicle to use while on agency business.
    -Must have demonstrated satisfactory job performance. Must have a record of reliable work attendance.
    -Must be able to meet all requirements to perform the job or any aspect of the job.

    -Experience in Information Systems as help desk support. Experience working with Windows Server 2008 Active Directory.

    -Responsible for confidential data, including but not limited to preparing reports on Human Resources, Payroll and Health
    Insurance information. Access and maintain Information Systems Department database which contains specific computer data
    and user passwords.
    -Assist Information Systems Coordinators and Manager with Agency computer related activities.
    -Perform help desk functions, including but not limited to answering telephones, assisting with issues relating to processing
    problems, providing corrective measures when necessary, forwarding complex issues to Information Systems Coordinators and
    -Install, support, and upgrade computer software packages. Assist staff with daily software issues to develop user self-sufficiency.
    -Replace, install, setup, and/or upgrade agency computers, telephones, laptops, printers, software, and all associated peripheral
    components. Perform testing on computer equipment and peripherals after setup.
    -Train agency personnel in the use and operation of equipment and software. Promptly respond to all help desk
    questions/concerns posed by staff.
    -Perform hardware upgrades/repairs, including but not limited to installing additional memory, installing storage devices,
    replacing peripheral equipment.
    -Assist Information Systems Coordinators and Manager in controlling hardware and software inventory and performing computer
    audits. Update checklists and procedure manuals and assist in writing procedures for processing data. Perform various
    mechanical, technical and clerical work related to computers.
    -Address other job related functions that may arise perform any and all job-related duties as assigned by supervisor.
