Congrats to our FFA Chapter for winning Best Student Group
Drink last night at the 18th annual Zero-Proof Mix Off event hosted
by Lorain County Public Health and the Lorain County Safe Communities
Coalition.
Our students mixed up a “Christmas at Hogwarts” drink that wowed the judges! We encourage you to try this delicious beverage during the holidays this year.
Ingredients:
4 cups cream soda
2 cups vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup butterscoth topping
Whipped cream (as desired)
Extra butterscotch topping
Directions:
Blend the cream soda, ice cream, and butterscotch topping in a blender. Garnish with whipped cream and butterscotch topping.
This annual event draws around 500 people where more than 20
organizations compete to create amazing non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy. It is a
reminder to all to always drive sober and help loved ones have a safe ride
home.
