The Lorain County JVS Board of Education is the policy-making body for the Lorain County JVS. Each of the following 13 associate school districts appoints one of their board members to serve on the JVS Board of Education: Amherst, Avon, Avon Lake, Columbia, Clearview, Elyria, Firelands, Keystone, Midview, North Ridgeville, Oberlin, Sheffield/Sheffield Lake, and Wellington.
Board Meetings
The January, 2024 Regular Board Meeting will take place January 18, 2024, at 6:30 PM, following the Organizational Meeting, which begins at 6 PM, in the IVDL (Interactive Distance Learning Lab).
The Lorain County JVS Board of Education usually meets on the third Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m. (this is a change in time, effective with the April 18th Board meeting) in the IVDL (Interactive Distance Learning Lab) at the Lorain County JVS. The public is welcome to attend all Board of Education meetings. "Meeting Dates/Agendas/Minutes" will give you more information.
