The Baking and Pastry Arts Café is staffed by students in the Bakery & Pastry Arts Program and managed by program instructor, Chef Chris Moore. The Café is open to the public on select Wednesdays and Thursdays, 10:20 a.m. to 12:20 p.m.
Their menu includes delectable offerings such as pies, cheesecakes, tortes, cookies, breads and an assortment of coffees and teas.
