The Baking and Pastry Arts Café is staffed by students in the Bakery & Pastry Arts Program and managed by program instructor, Chef Chris Moore.
Due to COVID-19, the Café is currently not open to the public. The Café will be open on a limited basis for LCJVS students and staff.
Their menu includes delectable offerings such as pies, cheesecakes, tortes, cookies, breads and an assortment of coffees and teas.
