JVS Alumni Educational Foundation Scholarship ApplicationAvailable to Lorain County JVS High School and/or Adult Career Center completers (Alumni) who have a high school diploma or GED, who is looking to attend one of our career development programs that is 100+ hours. A student statement, reference letter and documentation of alumni status are required to have a complete application. Scholarship recipients must attend at least 60% of the course before the scholarship will be credited towards tuition. Scholarships are limited based on available funds; submitting an application does not guarantee receipt of a scholarship.

Available to any current Adult Career Center student enrolled in one of our Career Development Programs who has a financial need. The John L. Kopronica Memorial Scholarship was established in 2006 in memory of John L. Kopronica by his wife, Robin, and other family members and friends. John worked as a welder at Lorain Products and was known throughout Northeast Ohio as the clarinet and saxophone player in his band, The Castaways. The $250.00 scholarship will be awarded to an Adult Career Center student enrolled in our Welding/Fabrication program. Scholarships are limited based on available funds; submitting an application does not guarantee receipt of a scholarship.
