Adult Diploma Program

Free high school diploma and a career credential! The Adult Diploma Program is for adults 18+ years old who are serious about earning a high school diploma and industry credentials in one of Ohio’s in-demand careers. This program is free to those who qualify. 

Customized Training for Employers

Are you looking to up-skill your workforce and grow your company, but not sure where to start? Are you worried about the cost and the time it would take? We are here to help.

The Lorain County JVS offers short-term customized training for your workforce in Manufacturing, Automotive, Healthcare, and more. Our experienced instructors are able to create a training program to fit your exact needs, and training is held at a time and place that is convenient for you.

LCCC @ LCJVS

Lorain County Community College and Lorain County JVS partner on several programs that are hosted at Lorain County JVS' campus in Oberlin, OH. 

Apprentice Training Programs

The Adult Career Center offers apprenticeship training programs in conjunction with the Bureau of Apprenticeship Training.  

PD Courses for Educators

In partnership with Ashland University, Education-to-Go, and Gatlin Education, Lorain County JVS Adult Career Center offers professional development opportunities for educators.
