Public records for Lorain County JVS are available for public inspection and/or copying in accordance with state law and Board policy. The Treasurer/CFO is the district’s Public Records Officer. The district’s Public Records Guideline, Record Retention Schedule, and Public Records Request Form can help facilitate a public records request. While a public records request does not have to be in writing, completing the Public Records Request Form will help ensure the request is completed according to the requestor’s instructions.
