The Lorain County JVS Greenhouse is happy to be opening its doors for its spring sale that begins on Monday, April 29. The normal operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 10:00 am and noon to 1:30 pm.
The greenhouse will be closed on Thursday, May 2, and Friday, May 3 so that students may participate in the State FFA Convention in Columbus, Ohio.
The greenhouse reopens for normal operating hours for the week of May 6th and will be open for Mother’s Day sales on Saturday, May 11 from 8:00 am to noon.
A wide variety of flowers, hanging baskets, 4-inch pots, flower pouches, perennials, vegetables, and trays of flowers will be available. Prices start at $3.00 and depend on size and variety.
The students in the Lorain County JVS Landscape and Greenhouse Management program manage and operate the greenhouse and look forward to serving the community during this spring sale.
