The Lorain County JVS Career Services department connects our students and employers with meaningful career opportunities. Exposure to a professional work environment helps LCJVS students make better decisions about their futures and prepares them to meet the demands of the workplace. 

We are here to help students with their job search, work permit applications, interview skills, resume building, placement opportunities, and summer internship experiences.

Student attendance, skill competency level, and teacher recommendations are considered when qualifying a student for these experiences. A detailed explanation of the student eligibility requirements for these experiences is included in the LCJVS Student Handbook.
