Student(s) may conveniently make payment plan arrangements by speaking to an Adult Career Center Administrative Assistant. A valid Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit card or debit card must be presented. Note: The cardholder must be present to sign the payment plan.
The first payment of any payment plan is due prior to the first class meeting. Subsequent payments are assigned. By signing the payment plan agreement, students are obligated to make payments as scheduled. If a payment is missed, it will be applied to the credit/debit card on file.
Students sign a payment plan agreement in which they are provided a copy. The agreement lays out days and amounts of when payments are due. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure payments are made in full and on time. Inability to honor the signed payment plan will result in the student being withdrawn from the program. A certificate of completion will not be given to any student who has a payment plan balance. Students with payment plans who withdraw are subject to the terms and conditions of the LCJVS Refund Policy. Payment in full is expected for any withdrawals after the refund period.
