Overview of the ProgramStudents obtain a solid foundation in both basic cooking and baking skills, through related lectures and hands-on practical applications in the culinary labs. Students learn about sanitation, and safety, and could earn two industry-recognized industry credentials as well as participate in a 40-hour Pre-Apprenticeship experience in a food service establishment.
