Overview of ProgramThis program trains students
to perform skin analysis, facials, waxing, and body treatments including relaxation massage, and use of electrical machines. We cover make-up application and salon management, including retail sales, inventory control, and employee maintenance. We also focus on Ohio State Board of Cosmetology rules and regulations, public health and safety, and sanitation. Students are prepared to take the state board exam for their Esthetician License upon completion of the program. All of our students receive OSHA certification and CPR training. Career opportunities include working in a salon, spas, dermatologist, cosmetic surgeons’ offices, skincare clinics, resorts, and cruise ships.
